HEIR is committed to creating a seamless, elevated experience for every guest. The following policies exist to protect appointment availability, preserve service quality, and ensure a refined client experience.

  1. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, and relevant communication from HEIR.

Mobile information and personally identifiable information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.


  1. APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest. We recommend arriving on time to ensure the full experience and allotted service duration.


  1. DEPOSITS

Select appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the final service total and are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.


  1. CANCELLATIONS

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointment adjustments.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service total.


  1. NO SHOWS

Guests who miss their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total and may require a deposit before future bookings.


  1. LATE ARRIVALS

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require service modifications or rescheduling to preserve the experience of all scheduled appointments.


  1. CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS

To maintain a calm and elevated environment, we kindly ask that only scheduled guests attend appointments unless previously arranged.


  1. POLICY UPDATES

HEIR reserves the right to modify policies at any time to maintain the integrity of the client experience.
