APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest. We recommend arriving on time to ensure the full experience and allotted service duration.
DEPOSITS
Select appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the final service total and are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointment adjustments.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service total.
NO SHOWS
Guests who miss their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total and may require a deposit before future bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require service modifications or rescheduling to preserve the experience of all scheduled appointments.
CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS
To maintain a calm and elevated environment, we kindly ask that only scheduled guests attend appointments unless previously arranged.
POLICY UPDATES
HEIR reserves the right to modify policies at any time to maintain the integrity of the client experience.
